CD Projekt RED has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 has gone gold and will ship in time for its November 19 release date.

The shooter RPG from the creators of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has witnessed multiple delays this year, having been initially announced for an April launch window before getting postponed to September and then, finally, it seems, November.

“Cyberpunk 2077 has gone gold!,” says a tweet from the official social account, including an image of Johnny Silverhand, played by Keanu Reeves, with the master disc in his hand.

This means that there won’t be further delays, as the final retail code has already been shipped to factories.

The news comes together with a leak, likely showing the complete Night City map that will be bundled in the retail box of Cyberpunk 2077.

The map includes the entirety of the city, filled with iconic areas such as Pacifica and the City Center. However, it confirms that the in-game map will be smaller compared to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s, as it was previously revealed.

This is not a surprise, since Cyberpunk 2077 will allow for more vertical exploration, rather being simple a horizontal landscape to traverse on foot or with Geralt’s horse. This won’t impact the size of the download, anyway, as we’ve already discovered and reported here.

The latest promo has been showcased at the NBA Finals, with Keanu Reeves himself playing a short live-action video alongside in-engine sequences.
